A girl came to visit me today that I haven't talked to in a long time. It was really nice. I have to admit, at the height of our friendship, I was doing some pretty awful things in my life. I was not right with God. I was so far from being right with God......

She has seen me do some things that I so deeply regret. But I was able to talk about my beliefs with her - despite it. Don't get me wrong, I didn't "win her over" or get in to a deep discussion. But church came up, some issues came up including divorce, infidelity, betrayal, judgmental people, and some other things. We discussed them all. It was good to be able to let her know my life has changed and I am happy it changed.

Maybe I set the ball in motion for her. I don't know. Pray for her. And if I don't mention it in a few days, ask me if I have contacted her again and if I have asked her to go to church with me. Hold me accountable, please!

I can tell, she's right on the edge...
